    Survey and Reports: Reports are sought from the concerned Office of Deputy Town Planner, Survey Department, Mamlatdar, and Deputy Conservator of Forest.

    Payment of Conversion Fees: Conversion fees are calculated based on the area of the land.

    Issuance of Conversion Sanad: After payment, the Conversion Sanad is issued to the applicant.
