Why Technical Clearance?

Legal Authorization: It provides legal authorization for Development Permission on your land.

Requirement for Construction: You need a Technical Clearance Order from the Town and Country Planning Department or Planning & Development Authority to provide for the regulation and control on building construction and land development in the State of Goa.

Inspection and Reports: After Inspection, a report is submitted.

Payment of Fees: Infrastructure Tax are calculated based on the built up area of the development.

Issuance of Licence: After payment, the Technical Clearance Order & Approved Plans are issued to the applicant.
