    Why Completion Order?

    Legal Authorization: A completion order is issued in Goa by the Town and Country Planning Department (TCP) or the Public Development Authority (PDA) to certify that a development has been completed in accordance with the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations.

    Requirement for Construction: A registered professional, such as an architect, engineer, or town planner, must prepare and submit plans that comply with the regulations.

    Development Compliance: The professional must issue a certificate to the TCP Department or PDA to confirm compliance.

    What is the Process?

    Submit Application: Submit your application to the concerned Taluka Deputy Town Planner.

    Documentation: Include Plans, Certificates from Engineer & Architect and various Approvals.

    Inspection and Reports: After Inspection, a report is submitted.

    Payment of Fees: A nominal processing fee is applicable.

    Issuance of Licence: After Fee payment, the Deputy Town Planner issues Completion Order to the applicant.
